Article 1 - Definitions

In these conditions apply:

 Grace period: The period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal;

Article 3 - Applicability

Article 9 - The price

Article 10 - Compliance and Warranty

Article 11 - Delivery, dispatch and execution

Orders placed and paid on Tuesday to Friday 5 pm and Saturday 4 pm will be shipped the same day. All packaging €6,95. We send some articles free of charge, this happens above ** € 50, - or indicated on the product! Furthermore, you can indicate your date of delivery or pickup address, you can also choose to receive your order at night (associated with some options are extra costs).

When ordering 1 or 2 OHM Beads the shipping costs to EU 1 are € 11.95 / EU 2 € 13.95 & WORLDWIDE € 16.95. These orders are sent via a registered letter package with a Track & Trace code and will be delivered via the mailbox. (not all beads can be sent in a registered letter package. This is due to the packaging)


If you order 3 or more OHM Beads, the shipping costs to EU 1 are € 16.95 / EU 2 € 20 & WORLDWIDE € 25. These orders are sent via a package that does NOT fit through the mailbox and therefore this shipment is more expensive.

The shipping costs depend on the number of products you order. The more products the larger the package must be! In addition, all our packages are sent with a Track & Trace code to prevent loss and abuse!

Import costs can be charged in the destination country, keep this in mind! We will not influence this. Any customs declaration papers on the package will be filled in truthfully!

Article 12 - Extended duration transactions: duration, termination and renewal


The consumer may contract for an indefinite period, which extends to the regular delivery of products (including electricity) or services, at any time denounce the applicable termination rules and a notice of up to one month.

Article 13 - Payment
