We care about our products and do logically our best to deliver it in top condition to you. Legally, you are required to make within two months of constant ring of the defect report to us about this. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will carry free care for repair or replacement.

From February 15, 2016 is for EU consumers also possible to log complaints via the ODR platform by the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When you treat complaints not elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.
